CNAME Records in Cloud Hosting
You can easily create CNAME records if you have a cloud package with our company. We'll supply you with an easy-to-use Control Panel where you can see all DNS records for the domains and subdomains that are hosted within the account. Setting up a CNAME record involves a few easy steps - choose the domain/subdomain, pick CNAME as the type, type in the hostname you are pointing to, and then just click on the Save button. The procedure is as easy as that and the new record is going to be active almost instantly. That way, you'll have more control over your domains and subdomains and over the content they open, you could create a private URL for company emails, and a lot more. If you feel unsure about how to create a new record or you have never done such a task, you will find a short video tutorial in which you can see the whole process first-hand. If you choose to change or delete an existing CNAME record created for a domain/subdomain hosted on our end, it'll require literally simply a click to do it.
CNAME Records in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you have a semi-dedicated server with our company and you wish to set up a CNAME record, it requires only a few clicks to complete this task. The plans are handled using our in-house built Hepsia hosting Control Panel where you will see a section dedicated to the DNS records of the domain names and subdomains hosted inside the account. To create a CNAME record, you will only have to choose the record type and the hostname (domain or subdomain), key in where the latter will be directed to and save the change. The new record will be active almost right away in our system and will propagate worldwide within a couple of hours. Changing or deleting an existing CNAME record in the account is equally easy and takes a click. In the event you experience any problems, you can go through our detailed help article, see the short video on the subject that we have added in the Control Panel, or you can simply contact us for help.
